A young man from China came to Canada when he was just a kid to study English. Now that he is older and has gained all the experience he needs through working in other Chinese restaurants, following in his father's footsteps. My father used to work in China Town many years ago as a top chef. My godfather owns a restaurant in Windsor, NS which is Gold House. I have gained so much experience through both my father and godfather. One day and many nights I had a dream about my family opening a restaurant, in December 2018 that dream came true. In all the years of my family and I working in many Chinese restaurants and gaining experience, it is now time for us to work in our own restaurant called Dekies Restaurant.
